Orders & shipping

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within two business days. You'll get an email with tracking the moment the label is created.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries. Duties and import fees are the customer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped, yes — email us within an hour and we'll do our best. After it leaves the warehouse, please use the return process.

Returns & refunds

What is your return window?

30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Sale items are final.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take another 5–10 days to post it.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Product & care

Where are your products made?

Each product page lists the country of origin. Most of our manufacturing is done in small batches with long-term partners.

How should I care for my product?

Care instructions are printed on each item and on the product page. As a rule of thumb: cooler is gentler, slower is safer.
